This drum set is awesome. The cymbals definitely add to the feeling of playing a drum set. I recommend that you sit back just a little bit while playing so the drum sticks don’t keep hitting the bottom of the cymbals though. If you have Guitar Hero, then you should definitely have this drum set. If you have Rock Band though, you need to get the Rock Band drum set as well.

Cheating? Most of you who claim the use of this controller is “cheating” need to grow up, get over it, and go on with life. This item is marketed torward kids, and most kids don’t critique their controllers, games, etc, for they are too busy having fun playing. My son loves this thing, and out of all the things I’ve purchased for him (including the console), this was the best. He plays his games, he laughs, he has fun, and could care less about the fact he may be banned for using his favorite controller. Get over it people, no matter where my kid uses this great controller, he’s just playing a game, that’s it. If you have a kid, and he loves his xbox, get him this device, he/she will love it more than food.

I bought Rock Band: Special edition back around when it was released and, sadly, had a hard time with the accuracy of the strum bar on the original Rock Band Stratocaster. I added rubberbands, I tweaked buttons, I even modded it to use a foot pedal — but I was never quite satisfied with its plastic-strum fidelity. Anytime I needed accurate playing (aka playing guitar), I went to the Guitar Hero 2 Guitar Controller.
Also during this time, I found that my accuracy improved with the old Rock Band Stratocaster when I “plucked” upwards — literally flicking the strum bar up with one of two fingers, like I would my real bass guitar’s strings. This also made playing a lot more fun.

It wasn’t clear in the description that this product cannot save hard drive files directly. You cannot use the product to tranfer files from the Xbox hard drive onto your computer for transfer to another Xbox hard drive.

I can tell you from personal use that its a pain having to turn the switch on and off because they made it this little tiny thing and its stiff so when you slide it,the whole base moves, so you need to use 2 hands.

I can’t compare this to the Madkatz case but I have to say that I love this thing. It fits EVERYTHING. Brick, 2 and sometimes 3 controllers, HDMI and normal vid/aud cables, 2 controller charging cables, a case completely full and very fat with 62 games in it, as long as you know how to pack this thing you can put anything in it. And the carrying strap make it so comfortable. RECOMMEND!

This Xbox 360 case have a good finishing, but could be a bit bigger. Nevertheless, I liked it very much.
The bag accommodates exactly the XBox 360 console with HDD; power unit; power cord; AV component cable; ethernet cable and two controllers. It is sufficient, but it is squeezed.

Cooler takes away power from Xbox. Sometimes creating problems with function of Xbox. The new version has a seperate plug not requiring using the power for the xbox. Recommend that cooler rather than this one.

I’ve played several 360 games now with this stick: Hawx, Ace Combat 6, Blazing Angels and Project Sylpheed (a space shooter), and ultimately, it makes the games a LOT more fun. It’s configured perfectly for Hawx, AC6 and the Blazing Angels game - just plug and play. I had to tweak the controls a bit for Sylpheed, but was able to fairly easily come up with a configuration that worked fine. It’s a very different and, IMO, superior experience playing flight games with a joystick compared to the Xbox controller, and the PS41 does the trick nicely. And it’s a great value as well! Now I just hope we get some more games to play on it.
